Eligibility

To access certain features, users must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding agreements under Malaysian law, or act on behalf of an eligible senior with legal authorization. Some tools are specifically tailored to users seeking information for persons aged 55 and above.

Services are designed primarily for seniors aged 55 and older; younger users may use the site to assist relatives but should follow local requirements for representation.

You agree to use InsureMSenior for lawful purposes only and not to misuse content or tools in ways that violate policy or applicable Malaysian regulations.

InsureMSenior is operated for users in Malaysia (MY). Availability of insurer products, pricing and eligibility may vary by state or insurer and may not apply outside Malaysia.

Account Information

Some features require creating an account or submitting information. Account holders are responsible for the accuracy of their entries and for maintenance of secure credentials.

Provide current and accurate information when creating an account or requesting comparisons; inaccurate data can lead to irrelevant suggestions in case scenarios.

Protect your password and account. We use standard security measures, but you should avoid sharing credentials and promptly update passwords if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Business or agent accounts must be designated as such during registration and are subject to verification.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify InsureMSenior promptly via the contact details provided so we can take appropriate steps to secure access and preserve case-related records.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate terms or pose risk to other users. Suspension decisions may be informed by evidence such as repeated misuse or fraudulent activity.

Service Description

InsureMSenior provides information, case studies, comparison tools and educational guides to assist older adults and their carers in understanding insurance options. The service includes illustrative scenarios reflecting common Malaysian cases, but does not issue policies or act as an insurer.

We periodically update tools and case content to reflect market changes and regulatory updates. Changes to services will be posted on the site and, for registered users, notified by email when material.

Service availability depends on website uptime and third-party data sources such as insurer feeds. We strive for continuous operation but may schedule maintenance or experience interruptions beyond our control.

User Conduct Rules

Users must behave respectfully and in ways that maintain the integrity of case scenarios and comparison tools.

  • Do not submit fraudulent or misleading information.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security controls or access other users' accounts.
  • Respect intellectual property and do not repost proprietary insurer materials without permission.
  • Use case studies and examples responsibly and avoid presenting them as personalized medical or legal advice.
  • Do not use the site to harass or discriminate against other users or third parties.
  • Comply with local Malaysian laws and regulatory requirements when using and sharing content.
  • Report suspected abuse or suspicious profiles through the contact channels provided.

User Content

Users may submit case details, questions or feedback that assist in tailoring comparisons. Shared content should be factual and non-confidential unless you have the right to disclose it.

You retain ownership of user-provided content, but by submitting you grant InsureMSenior a license to use the material for the purpose of providing services and improving case examples.

By submitting content you grant InsureMSenior a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt and display submissions in anonymized form for educational and service purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted content and for obtaining any necessary consents from the person the content concerns before sharing personal health information.

You may request removal of your content; removal requests may not affect copies already integrated into anonymized case studies or archived materials.

Paid Services

InsureMSenior may offer premium comparison services or personalized case reviews for a fee. Paid services provide deeper scenario analysis and documentation to support decision-making.

Pricing for paid services is displayed at the point of purchase and may vary by scope. We provide practical price examples and case outcomes to help users choose an appropriate level of support.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors; payment methods accepted are listed during checkout. Payment details are not stored by InsureMSenior beyond transaction records needed for service delivery.

Subscription services, if offered, are billed per the subscription terms and provide recurring access to designated features until cancelled.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when services have not been materially delivered. Refund requests should refer to the specific case or deliverable and will be assessed according to evidence of non-delivery.

Users may cancel subscriptions or one-off paid services according to the cancellation rules presented at purchase. Case-specific deliverables already delivered may be non-refundable.

Local taxes may apply to paid services. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

Prices for paid services can change; changes will be posted and subscribers notified per applicable contractual terms.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of paid features until resolved.
